Please bring a joyful and expectant heart to learn, worship and fellowship. We encourage you to be prepared to participate and serve.
Please keep in mind that this is a working ranch, with inherent dangers. Please keep careful watch of your children, especially around the boarded horses, and ponds.
We want this to be a time of rejoicing, joy and encouragement. We ask that if you want a place to prove your doctrinal belief is correct, then please find a feast where that is encouraged...ours is not the feast for you. Behold how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity! ~ Psalm 133:1
- No dogs, no smoking, no drunkenness, no drugs - Quiet time is at 11pm - If you bring a firearm, PLEASE be responsible and NEVER leave your firearm unattended.
- We desire for Colorado Sukkot to be free from inappropriate internet use. Please be aware of your devices and their use.
- Please dress in a way that would honor the King and not be a distraction for others. "Therefore let us not judge one another anymore, but rather determine this - not to put an obstacle or a stumbling block in a brother's way." ~ Rom 14:13
- Please plan to keep your family together! Try to limit shared sites with children sleeping over with each other. Please make a point to pull together as a family.
- For accountability purposes we ask that there be no one-on-one time outside of the community area with the opposite gender (for non-married couples) and that you be careful to be above board in conversations.
While the Sukkot Planning Team will do our absolute best to provide a safe and enjoyable place to celebrate, accidents may happen. We will have first aid available onsite but please be cognizant and responsible of personal needs, allergies and food requirements.
At Colorado Sukkot we would like an atmosphere in line with Psalm 133: "Behold how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity." Please be kind to one another and lay down all offense at the cross. If an offense happens, please go to your brother in love and resolve it with open communication and humility as Yeshua shared with his disciples in Matthew 18. Most often it is a misunderstanding. Let us encourage one another, laying ourselves down and serving our brothers and sisters in Messiah.
So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you. Beyond all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful. Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God. Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of Yeshua, giving thanks through Him to God the Father. ~ Colossians 3:12-17
Statement of Faith
We believe Yeshua is Divine, Yeshua is the Messiah, the Son of God, He is the visible image of the invisible God, and He was crucified, died and resurrected from the dead, and He is coming again! We are saved by grace through faith, and not of our works, lest any man should boast. Through love and obedience, we desire to keep the commandments of God, as given to Moses at Mount Sinai. In this way, we worship Him in Spirit and Truth.
“I (Yeshua) and the Father are one.” ~ John 10:30
“But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth. The woman said to Him, “I know that Messiah is coming (He who is called Christ); when that One comes, He will declare all things to us.” Yeshua said to her, “I who speak to you am He.” ~John 4:23-26
“For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God” ~ Eph 2:8
“I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” ~ John 14:6
“If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.” ~ John 14:15
“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!” ~ Psalm 133:1
